Can my Home Study Course be sent to my PO Box?

Yes. Your Package is sent to you by Australia Post.

The DVD’s in my Home Study Course won’t play / they play but no sound or picture?

Try playing the DVD’s in a DVD player attached to your television because the DVD’s may not play on the DVD program you have on your computer. The ARLT Resources disc will not play in a DVD player as it is a data disc.

I will not be able to dial into the next Webinar. Are the recordings available?

How can I use Lifestyle Trader and Lifestyle Options on another computer?

When you purchase Lifestyle Trader software you are allocated 1 license, which will allow you to login to 1 computer at a time. However you are able to change computers by calling the head office and resetting your license.

How long does it take for my Home Study Course to be sent?

Once your payment has been processed, your Home Study Course is ordered and will take 2 business days to arrive.

Where can I open a Live Trading Account?

How can I reset my Lifestyle Trader login details?

Contact Lifestyle Trader techsupport@lifestyletrader.com.au asking for my LT username to be reset and reason for the reset.

What is the monthly membership fee?

How do I obtain a receipt for my original subscription?

I wish to close my account. Please advise process.

Step 1. Click here and login to your account management using your LIVE Account username and password.
Step B. Click the menu that is called "Account Administration" and then select the option "Close Account".
There are steps you will have to complete (i.e. withdrawing funds) before you can close your account. Please read the 'Withdrawing funds' FAQ for more information.

Am I able to backtest using this system?

Using the spreadsheets, you can input the price on the date on entry and the price on the date of exit to give you an approximate profit or loss for that trade.

After downloading the program I got "Error starting Setup.exe"
